Hello,

My name is Bradford Cassidy, and I am a professional Mixologist/Personal Chef here in Boston, MA.

With over 13 years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience, I have just recently relocated back to the area, and I am eager to demonstrate how my hospitality industry knowledge and skills could potentially contribute to your dining experience.

Having been trained in depth under Master Chefs and Mixologists from all over, particularly Boston and Las Vegas, I have successfully opened and operated numerous high-end establishments across the country, participated in Dining and Mixology competitions and helped to create many enticing and exciting food and craft cocktail menus. I am TIPS and Cicerone Certified, have all required work cards and thrive on providing exceptional service to guests with an acute attention to detail. The positions I have held in the past have given me a number of opportunities to develop strong communication skills, a firm understanding of guest service standards and ultimately being a fun and enthusiastic employee AND teacher who always carries a positive attitude.

This was my first time trying this dish so I was curious about how to make it. Brad was extremely helpful in allowing me and my friends to take part in the cooking process! It was awesome to be able to learn more about this dish in such an intimate yet relaxed environment as he walked us through his preparations step by step.

The dish turned out awesome! The buttery velvet texture of the sauce had a beautiful hint of lemon flavor, saltiness from the capers and complimented the texture of the hand-breaded chicken! On top of all this, my friends and I requested a healthier alternative and Brad came up with the idea to use spaghetti squash instead of regular pasta and it was AMAZING!

Also we were talking about cocktails for our parties and Brad mentioned he is also a certified mixologist and would soon be incorporating beverage menus with his meals. We can't wait!
