I love to cook Greek food. I grew up with it my whole life and have been cooking it since I was 18. My spanakopita is my specialty and the recipe has been perfected over the years and was handed down from my grandmother. We will start with that and some locally sourced cheeses.
The main course will be Greek turkey sliders. I will finish with a gluten free almond bread with dehydrated raspberries on top.
