Authentic Soul Food/Southern Cuisine!

There are a plethora of Soul Food and traditional Black Southern delectable delicacies but this one is quite a classic! The meal includes my grandmother's ultimate recipe for Fried Chicken: golden brown, crispy, packed with flavor, while never losing its moisture. Fresh Collard Greens and Red Beans seasoned with the help of Smoked Turkey wings, red pepper, garlic, onion, and other Southern kitchen magic makers. Served with a side of Jasmine Rice (for the red beans of course) and the quintessential Alabama side dish: Potato Salad. I recommend this dinner for a Sunday evening get together, birthday dinner, or for anyone interested in learning or just enjoying the art of Soul Food!!
