I'm a free spirit and love to cook, love the great outdoors. I am a self taught artist; I paint, knit ,draw, design jewelry, do some nature photography. I love everything DIY. I am a first generation Armenian and Romanian descendant born in Boston, MA .

I enjoy cooking and making up my own recipes that I never write down, I happen to put things together in a creative and delicious way that is both appetizing and beautiful for the eyes.

My work experience has gone from hairstylist to food service to working in the travel and tourism industry as well as working as a prep cook and pantry chef in 3 major national parks in the USA. I have also worked on the Norwegian cruise line Pride of Hawaii as a junior waiter in the Hawaiian islands . I went on to work at the Grand Canyon North Rim in 2009 as a cookout helper and multi tasked as a cook, server, host, busser and dishwasher. I also worked at Bryce Canyon as a server assistant and then got promoted to employee dining and eventually as pantry chef in which I created the breakfast parfaits, created new and unique sandwiches for our daily specials and salads, and displayed desserts beautifully on dishes for customer consumption. Last park I worked at was at Yellowstone park in Canyon Village in which I was a prep cook and dishwasher during my work shift and in my off time I offered my hairstyling talents to other employees in my work area. I was one mile hiking distance away from a beautiful Waterfall that runs into the Yellowstone River at the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone.

I worked as a pantry chef at a unique dining experience at high elevation in Torrey Utah home of

Capitol Reef National Park , place is called Cafe Diablo specialty is southwestern cuisine. I prepared and served the lunch and dinner salads plated the homemade desserts and ice creams they made at the restaurants own bakery.

Last place I worked at on food was with Air Culinaire in which I prepared food for the cooks to make beautifully displayed platters to be delivered to private jet aircrafts.

I love to cook from my imagination and I enjoy making vegetarian dishes, homemade hot sauce, hummus pesto and pickled veggies, and my own style of Miso soup that is hearty tasty and full of flavor with lots of

great veggies tofu seaweed and more . I also enjoy

making one of my favorite traditional dishes of stuffed veggies and moussaka MY WAY. I have to give credit to my mother who taught me how to cook these wonderful delicious dishes.
